Would I be allowed to sit in the wheelchair section of the pantages theatre without a wheelchair?

-there are no other seats available for us except those (the others are much too expensive). I doubt any handicapped person is going to purchase those seats between today and two days from now... and I have checked all the dates, those seats are NEVER taken. it seems like such a waste; would I be allowed to sit there without a reprimand, or a relocation to a worse seat?
