Which guitar is better? The Starcaster or the SA-100 Upgrade, both by Fender.?

-I've been considering two guitars, the Starcaster by Fender Acoustic and the Fender SA-100 Upgrade Acoustic. I'm just looking for an instrument that I can sit around and strum or play backup when friends drop by. I've read good things about both of these guitars and would like to stay in the relatively inexpensive range. Suggestions?the starcaster but the best fender is the telecaster
