What is this giggly monster thing?

-on my hotmail my background thing is this grey monster thing that is smiling beside a pile of trash or something and just today i found a weird background saved on my computer of it so can somebody please tell me what it is called because it is really cute and it is my background rite now but i want to find a better picture of it but i do not know what to search



(it is grey, hugging its knees, smiling, has gem like long ovalish eyes in colors pink yellow and green, smiling with its mouth open and has a cirly ovaly tongue with round teeth.)
